"Trajectory of Building an Agro-Prosperous and Zero Hunger Nation: Navigating the Paradox of Farm Insecurity and Emerging Threat,"
Chairman, House Committee on Student Loans, Scholarship and Higher Education Financing, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka -GNI delivered a keynote address at the 27th Annual Global Convention of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Alumni Association.
His presentation, titled "Trajectory of Building an Agro-Prosperous and Zero Hunger Nation: Navigating the Paradox of Farm Insecurity and Emerging Threat," was held at the University's Senate Chamber.
In recognition of his contributions to nation-building, GNI was honoured with an award of merit by the University.
Distinguished guests at the event included the University's Vice Chancellor, Prof. Tunde Kehinde; Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim; Alumni Association President, Bolaji Gbadamosi; Olokine of Ojowo in Ijebu-Igbo, Oba Abdulrasheed Abayomi Banjo, PhD; Executive Chairman of Imeko Afon LG, Hon. Theophilus Olorode, and his Counterpart in Yewa North, Dr. Olusola Akinbode, Permanent Secretary of Ogun State Ministry of Agriculture, Mrs. Kehinde Jokotoye, among others.
